DHL is a proud sponsor of the FC Bayern Munich. But more than that, they bring people together all around the world. So we used DHL to connect the FCB with their worldwide fan community to create a huge family.

​The campaign was split into two phases. In the first phase we recruited fans and encouraged them to take a selfie and apply to the global family website. In return they got a chance to win a special DHL + FCB parcel, be part of the new global family film and star along with the FC Bayern stars.

 After two months of recruitment, we selected twelve winners. With a small film crew, we flew to all their different home countries around the world to film them in their FBC fan outfit.

 "Mia san Mia" which means as much as: we are who we are, (in Bavarian) was the language all fans understood. No matter where they came from.

​The whole campaign included short announcement TCVs and online films, extensions into social media, a microsite, posters, print ads and a final 76 second long TVC / online film.
