In 2019, the struggle of finding new employees was getting serious for Deutsche Post and DHL. Bad press, the rise of minimum wage in Germany and many more factors led to big issues in human resources.
We created a campaign, that was so simple that everybody could understand it after seconds. Even the newly arrived immigrants that didn't speak German yet, but who were qualified enough for the jobs Deutsche Post and DHL offered.
The headline "werde-einer-von-uns.de" (become-one-of-us.com) was the URL for the website at the same time. People just couldn't miss the message and that's how over 600.000 landed on the site and over 35.000 applied for a job offer. Finally leading to 15.000 new employees within two months!
